Kickboxing, sprint triathlons, marathons, a Warrior Dash, a Tough Mudder – Allison tackles them. She is the founder of Allison Jackson Fitness and a National Academy of Sports Medicine-certified personal trainer (NASM-PT), a certified Precision Nutrition (Pn1) and Macro Nutrition Coach. In addition to being a yoga instructor (YTT-200), Allison is a professional figure competitor (think bodybuilding + beauty pageant). Competing since 2012, she received her pro card in 2019 and will compete nationally in 2021. Allison is also the host of the "Fit to Lead" Spotify podcast, author of "Flab to Fab in 8 Weeks," and a wellness speaker.
Allison's mission is to help high-achieving professionals prioritize self-care and get in the best shape of their lives.
80-mile backpacking trips, hundreds of pool laps per week, steep ski slopes, wallyball games – Jason embraces thrill and a good sweat. He is a Certified Master Hypnotherapist, Life & Mindset Coach, and a member of the highly-respected A.C.H.E. - the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. He is a graduate of two distinguished schools, the Hypnotherapy Training Institute and Northwestern University. Jason also has certification in "mind-bending" conversational hypnosis from The Hypno Academy.
Jason helps clients resolve anxieties, fears, trauma, and bad habits and boost confidence, trust in self, and resilience. In his practice, Jason regularly addresses food issues, body image and weight loss.
